No but Holo sight on M16 makes less recoil.

i believe the spas-12 gets a damage increase from the holographic sight but I'm not 100% sure so stick with the grip

Well I tested this on my own in a private match and the red dot sight kills in the same amount of shots as the holographic sight with stopping power. I'm not sure if it makes a difference at a longer range, or if you choose to use hardline instead of stopping power. And as Elmo said the holo sight on the M16 does give less recoil, so you get more 1 burst kills

Well at a distance without stopping power, the FAL takes three shots barely. So a little bit more damage may make a difference in a normal game.
