Would it permanently delete my campaign and map pack data or just delete the patches? If it does, would there be any way to get it all back?

I wanna play unpatched splitscreen. I dont wanna boost online or anything like that. I've already been modded.

would doubt the map pack because u would be throwing away money but it can always be downloaded. not sure if it deletes the patches or not but it probably is game data-based and would ask u to re download the patch if u make a new psn.

It deletes everything related to MW2 except savegames.
Maps are in your PSN Download/Purchase history, you can just redownload them and the patch can be redownloaded when you boot the game.

Im on xbox. If I delete it, would it give me the option to re-download the maps for free or would i have to pay for it again?

My campaign, spec-ops, and Online rank will be unchanged?

Online rank will always be the same as long as you log in with that gamertag.
If you clear System Cache, your Splitscreen and Campaign/Spec-Ops data should stay the same. I'd backup the data onto a USB Device just to make sure.
