Well its wierd and its annoying cause i have to mute every one or else my sound goes away when they talk so i cant hear what they are saying

Try lending one of your friends mics to see is the problem still occurs, or if you just have a dodgy mic. If it's still happening then I reccomend you phone up Sony and they'll try to sort it out.
