I hate this damn game, I'm getting CoD5 back in a couple hours and I won't have to deal with all the bullshit in this game. Anyways, Marathon is the most useful perk in my opinion.

Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Ninja Pro < My most used.

the best are probably sleight of hand pro, marathon pro and sitrep pro.
