Stopping power Pro (Cold blooded Pro if in private lobby with miniscule life)
Steady aim Pro

sensativity on 10 (only if you can handle it )

is this the best or do people have any other preferences for quick scoping?

Same with me, throwing knife for private, semtex for public. As for my secondary, G18 akimbo or USP akimbo seem to work best with me. If you have a great trigger finger, go with the USP's.

secondary as m9 akimbos as the secondary is meant for close encounters and it makes you use the sniper more often and therefore get better

i have to agree with mr guys first post, because i find it easier using steady aim, you can call me a bad kid but i prefer to use a gun that shoots bullets rapidly and get kills, than trying to 1 hit someone to look cool
