What you can get from is:

• Smaller crosshairs.
  
• Laser sight.
  
• Unlimited UAV.
  
• 99% chance of getting an AC-130 in a care package or emergency air drop.
  
• No reload time.
  
• Level 70 <-- I think that is only for Hunter128's lobby.
  
• All challenges (No one is currently doing it though ).
