I know there are several threads on this subject but I want your help please.

I'm currently prestige almost 2 but have never had a nuke tatical
hopefully you can help me how I can get a nuke tatical because I am a bit hopeless it. xD

My class is

ACR silenced
Scavener pro
cool blood
ninja pro

If you're trying to camp for a nuke(which I used to do and got a nuke every few games) that is a perfect class. Literally perfect.
Also I suggest using Akimbo Magnums as your secondary; good crosshair spread considering there's no Steady Aim and they're powerful without Stopping Power. Hope I helped

I'm adding to my previous post on this topic:

Alot of people say that cold blooded is best for getting a nuke, and occasionally it is helpful but here is why i think its not as helpful as alternative perk 2's.;

1. Custom killstreaks- in other words hardly any UAVs at all except by care package, even if they get UAV you have claymores protecting you and if they get by them you've got a shotgun + your camping in a good position so you will see them 1st.

2. If other players are already beating you to air support your doing something wrong, even if its just n00bs feeding them kills you are in a building camping so your safe anyway.

3. Stopping power saves you firing 5 bullets, so you kill each target in 5 bullets less which means you come out on top in 1v1 situations every time.

4. Hardline can also be useful if you want to get your killstreak started off fast, 6,10,24 instead.

5. Danger close is another better option than cold blooded when combined with one man army and grenade launchers.

In short any perk 2 can be used and you can still nuke, but in my opinion cold blooded is not as useful as the others particularly danger close and stopping power.

Commando Pro
Sleight Of Hand Pro

Nuke.

I have a question if you have a gun with silencer in combination with cool blooded perk you still do not see on the radar (UAV)

if you use the silenced gun and have cold blooded then you will never show up on the radar.

If you're over level 45 (said you were almost 2nd prestige) use OMA. (You might get b*tched at)
Class 1:
Any Assult Weapon (w/GL)
AA-12 w/grip (recommended)
OMA
Danger Close
Ninja (pesky heartbeat senors)
Claymore

Class 2:
Any Assult Weapon (w/GL)
AA-12 w/grip (recommended)
OMA
Cold-Blooded
Ninja
Claymore

Those are the classes I use. When I go for a nuke, I try Domination since you know where the enemy team should spawn (but the spawn system usually fails).

W/o OMA:
Use a low-recoil weapon like the ACR. If you use the Scar, you could use Cold-Blooded since the Scar is powerful without it.

Don't use the MG4 or M9 silenced for your weapons because you will show up on the radar, other than that, no.

but with red dot and cool blooded they will see me ?

Only when you shoot your gun.

what about stopping power and silenced gun?
