Depends, killing people in normal lobby's is easy to cause every weapon is overpowered. But when your playing 6v6 in a sniper lobby they're harder to kill then in real games.

no actually not it pretty hard to kill ppl in pub matches with the a sniper if u r qsing -.-

If you're a good sniper u shouldn't have any problems killing people in real matches.
