U able to read? "Sniper lobby", for if u don't know what it is, it is an Private match where every single person uses a sniper. Hard right? Does this mean shots are "set-up"? No, it's like a normal game only now u try and kill each other with a sniper. If u really think shots are "set-up" I'd be glad to invite you to a sniper lobby.
