Super bad lag maybe? Maybe the first shot went through the wall and got a hit marker, then so did the second but it got the kill. That's the only possible explanation. That and infinity ward are incompetent scrotum lickers.

100% not lag, everyone had green bar and i was host, and he didnt shoot the second time is u see carefully

its not the first time its actually happened to me though, its lik the 20th
i think its mainly because wen ur shooting someone and just before you die you kill that guy, even in 1 or 2 shots a lot of the time

Well he did do a second shot cuz you see before he dies he gets a hitmarker on you.
