Hope someone answers these questions, I myself am not attempting to hack this patch but I know many of you have the resources to so I hope this helps and motivates you!

Look m8, everything that gets posted to public gets moved by mods to premium or moved by the people that posted it, I'm not sure how that works. HOPEFULLY someone will answer these, it's just a shot int he dark.

Yes as you cannot decrypt latest ps3's due to more/different encryption
