Do you guys agree that their shouldn't be the ACR but instead an SMG that doesn't have recoil?

M4A1 actually has a faster kill time than the ACR, and only a fraction more recoil.

i don't think the acr is particularly overpowered, no more than every other asault rifle, its very easy to use but a scar/ak/tar/m4a1/famas/m16 beats it head on anyday.
