(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, i have tried 6 times now to get the decrypted content from my PS3 HDD.

I have a 3.00 FW PS3, and a 3.30 FW PS3, now i am using the 3.00 for the Dummy, and the 3.30 with the patch. Now i do it step by step, and everything works fine, no errors. But when i edit the decrypted.bin file, it still looks encrypted, i tried searching for "modern" also "IWff" but nothing! What the hell am i doing wrong?

I swear i found the dummy correctly, if anyone can help me, using VNC to find the dummy, then i will appreciate it, and +REP you!

Thanks.

PS: its a slim 3.30 but that should not matter as im using 3.00 for dummy?

If you 3.00 ps3 is a fat ps3 the data won't matrix with the slim. Diff encryptions fat and fat32. Both need to be same format

So i need a FAT 3.30 and a FAT 3.00 not a SLIM 3.30 and a FAT 3.00 ?

I have got my hard drive decrypted, firmware 3.30 and I only used one hard drive. I am not sure why it's not working for you.

Could you VNC me, and see what i am missing? Or if infact i have found the dummy, etc? Thing is i made the dummy only 940mb (size of pendrive is 1gb (not got 4gb one yet), run a comparision with HxD and it shows a not found of 940mb, so i used the first part of that. But not sure if that is correct.

Well, if you got it decrypted on 3.30, would it be safe me updating the FAT to 3.30 and doing the decryption that way? Because if i do, there is NO way back.
