Well, why don't you guys encrypt the HDD back and plug it back into the PS3. Or maybe you can try reverse engineering... I'm a newb hacker so I expect no flaming.

Yeah, but it's easier for me to use an external hard drive becuase, i don't have to go dig up hundreds of wires looking for that cable. Im thinking, 2 HDD'S, one hacked. Other normal. Two ps3s,
Put an ethernet cord between both, and exchange data, which should be easiest was becuase, you put the hacked patch on normal patch. which allows you to play online... w/ hacks
