I personally think SnD or CTF

SnD because its real important to communicate to your teammates and have a plan.

CTF because you have to have certain players. Example: Runners, Flag Watchers, and guys that can watch routes.

Damn, I messed up I put DEMO twice and forgot CTF

it depends, are we trying to WIN THE MATCH, or KILL ALOT? haha

Definitely Search or CTF. CTF takes communication because you need runners, flag protectors and a few in between people, people who can do either really. And Search takes patience and knowledge about the routes, other people's play style.
