(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); lately i jave been using handguns (akimbo) and the FAL, they are a great combo. all my mates think i have a mod. i dont dont see a point to it. has anybody else here been mistaken for using a FAL mod?

A modded controller is very noticeable. For example the m9 would shoot exactly like the g18 if it was modded. The fal would seem like someone was using a m4a1. A couple of my friends purchased the fragenstein controler for the ps3 and allows you to adjust the number of rounds fired when pulling the trigger. So it basically makes any gun have burst fire or fully automatic capabilities.

As for the FAL, its only useful on hardcore mode in which it only takes one bullet to kill. other than that you will hardly ever win a direct confrontation with another player. Even if you hit them first if they hit you before your second shot lands then you lose. This is due to the fact the the sights jump once your hit and without a steady stream of bullets its difficult to adjust in time to get another shot in.

The g3 didnt have this problem because there was no recoil and the fire rate can be performed much quicker than the FAL.

Also if you want the m14 back put an acog on the m21. The m21 and the m14 are the same gun in reality.

I got called a modded controller using dick for not having a shit trigger finger. I don't use the FAL for the simple reason that people bitch about it too much. :/

Damn right mate, i play it most days for a few hours before work and i usually get around 3 messages saying im a noob or a camper when im defending a flag or a bomb target. I've even turned the volume of voice chat right down cause im tired of hearing 12 year olds talk shit. If only we had the option to block any messages coming through at all. Sometimes its funny though watchin people get stressed cause you happen to be doing better than them.

Yep, all the time. Whenever I use it in Search and I get the winning cam, everyone yells "MOD". My defense is, "I'm not using a mod, I am shooting a little bit slower than one". Its fun though, I just make sure to shot as fast as I can when I know I'm going to get the winning cam.

No. I usually hear people calling FAL users newbs. But I don't think that is true at all.
