from the file u had to open in winhex and when u are getting the 16bits did u enter this? or Did u Enter what ? yours is prob different but anything would help right now

the dummy is different for everybody. are you sure thats your dummy?here is an easy way to find your dummy:
first download hex editor neo. open up your masterimageto encrypt.bin with neo. then open up your masterimage+dummy.bin in neo also. now that both are open in hex editor neo go up to the menu and click compare files. it will give you the results and the extra hex not found in masterimage to encrypt is your dummy

change your view in win hex to only show 512 bytes per sector, you can do this in view - record presentation. will make it easier to find.
