usp .45 does 40-25 damage, with more recoil than the m9 but also greater range.
m9 does 40-25 damage, with a bigger clip then the usp.45
magnum does 50-35 damage, with 1 shot less per clip than the deagle. cannot be silenced
desert eagle does 50-30 damage, with longer range then the magnum. also has slightly more visual recoil than the magnum. cannot be silenced
the rest is really up to you, as far as preference goes. i usually prefer the usp to the m9, and the deagle to the magnum. reasons for each: you start out with usp,have to unlock m9, so by the time i have m9, i have ex mags for the usp.
the deagle looks better than the magnum, thats why i use it. and the extra shot cant hurt, lol.

all of the pistols have the same fire rate, no mod block on any of them. also, with the m9 silenced, you still show up on radar(pretty sure this isnt patched).
