also my computer got a virus so i had to compleatly re-install vista.

ok so my question.

today i figured to give it another shot at these hacks but when i plug the hdd into my computer it doesnt show up in the ps3 hdd studi anymore :S i cheaked the driver manager program and it says that the hdd is connected BUT i have no access to it what so ever :/ can someone help me?

You might have to do everything from the beginning ... Bu tI am not to sure but fromt he looks of things you ll have to...

you dont understand i dont have access to my drive anymore

before i used to just plug it in and hdd studio will read it but now its like its not there anyway the only place on my comp were it verifies if the device is in or not is in device manager :/

i never had this problem how did you access your ps3 hdd just plug it in and ps3 studi read it or did you have to do something first ?

Okk are you running it as admin each time? otherwise hav u checked that the disk is spinning in the hdd? otherwise make sure the cord from HDD--->power source is turned on or button pressed in. hope i helped in any way

the hdd is fine and working the sata is working and yes im runing hdd studio as admin

but my hdd doesnt show in my comp it only shows in device manager i can not access it :/
