Do a barrel roll!
Tutorial:
Step 1: locate your GPAD0_CM.PRF file in PS3/SAVEDATA/BLUS30377-AUTO-/GPAD0_CM.PRF
Step 2: Open the file in any hex editor. I use Hex Fiend because I have a mac.
Step 3: Make sure you have 4 sets of four columns like so:

Step 4: Notice the selected values:

They control your sensitivity and have previously been used to get no recoil but no ability to look around.
Step 5: Delete all the values and replace them with 00 00 00 00
Step 6: Replace the first part of the values with 41-49 these values will allow extremely fast aiming without loosing the ability to look around. I recommend 41 or 42 higher values are nearly impossible to function with.

can u change the sensitivity down and up with up having to use the pc again?

I also noticed that 00 20 00 00 goes up by 1 sensitivity.
For example:
9 sensitivity- 40 60 00 00
10 sensitivity- 40 80 00 00
In theory, I'm guessing, 41 00 00 00 would be 11 sensitivity.
So then 48 00 00 00 would be...46 sensitivity. :wtf:
