your ps3 probably was on 3.30, you need 3.21 or lower for it to work

I know which one to choose. But the problem is, it says it's disconnected when it is actually connected :/
When the hdd is connected should it start running ? Because it isn't

This is a stupid question. But I have had power cut and my electricity is not working. I am running on batteries (I did not know this). Will my laptop need to have some source of electricity getting to it for this to work ? Lol
