Make sure u have 7 other friends who want to do this too.
All of you join a lobby and assign partners. Have 4 people leave the lobby. Have the host/party leader start a team tactical game, and then have the other 4 who left, join the lobby.

There you go all you have to do is talk with the person you are assigned to and tell them were to meet.

Make sure u have tac insert, cold blooded... You can call i killstreaks and all that.
