Is there any trick to getting it out or just stay with pave low or attack. Plenty of harriers got in?

there is no way, other than to shoot the air support down. and no, domination has no time limit. 2 harriers allowed at a time, 1 helicopter, 1 ac130 and 1 airstrike

that pisses me off so much it's very annoying
