(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys,i recently had this on my mind about custom pc maps for any CoD Game,well i have attempted to mess arround with a cod4 pc custom map & i just found out that its an .ff file,well ive had a .ff viewer on my computer for a while now & i opened it with the custom map.
the map was: mp_area52.ff & mp_area52_load
this is what ive found out when i opened the mp_area52.ff :
[ATTACH]1559[/ATTACH]
its a GSC code,this means theres got to be away to use this,if hunter/the unknown can add these lines to there patch/hdd then it has a slight chance it would work.
SO please try this if you have sucsessfully hacked cod4,mw2 or cod5

The most you could probably hope for as far as map mods is merged maps, like two maps in one. Editing the maps themselves wouldn't be that easy, it's been attempted on games like socom and THPS. You might be able to change map colors, here's an example from one of my socom videos:
