Thats the basic idea but actually getting the VARS into the patch is very very hard

Alright. Well, I'm almost done with decryption (holy shit it takes forever).
I'm about to use winhex and compare the two sets of .bin files. One with and one without the dummy99 file. Any guidance from there on?
