So yeah, they should release the hacks, of course Hunter and Unknown doesnt want to release because... hmm we don't know the exact reason, because they can't "hack will ruin the game" because they are the people who are hacking it, it won't make sense but anyways. So yeah, anyways another thing is that Modern Warfare 2 is already ruined when Infinity Ward developed it, so who really cares? So yeah a lot of people are saying that it will ruin the game, but make some sense and tell me why you're also attempting to hack it?
Hack is equal for benefits, so if you make let's say a hack, and don't use it because it will ruin whatever you're trying to hack, then where was the word "hack" there? Hacks by now should be released, yeah they could get patched (means less people will have it then). So lets say they already patched it, those who had the opportunity to hack it while it wasn't patched, enjoyed it. Because trust me, you won't enjoy anyways, if gets patched it you won't enjoy because won't be able to do it, but guess what? you won't enjoy it if they don't release it either.
Another point of hacks is: hack => patch => hack. A forum is suppose to work as a "community" not only for themselves. Hacks is just like scientist, if you find something, spread the world about it, otherwise you didn't discovered anything, and you wasn't recognized as a "scientist"

So there you go for those who are also asking, etc, I think that this will also help the other people posting about it, asking, and thanks Unknown for replying
Ok, so you say hacking won't ruin the game because it's already ruined? Well, I'll agree with you that the game was already ruined by IW, because imo, I thought the whole game just wasn't worth what I paid for. Nor will be it worth it when it's half-priced. Granted, I think it's fun at times. Really though, I just couldn't stand what this game had in it, and I just gave up on IW and the CoD series. I still play CoD4 because I believe it's the best one made.
Ok, that rant over. So why does hacking ruin games? Well, the way you explain it, you make it seem like EVERYBODY can hack the games. Sorry, not every gamer can hack. I bet you that > 90% of the gamers on MW2 can't hack anything except for a log with an axe, or their mid-term papers that they write out in 4 hours after having 4 weeks to do it.
Hackers create an unfair advantage for themselves, making the game not fun for others that don't have that advantage (for the most part, I had no problem with hackers...but almost all hackers suck at the actual game, that's why they hack). I for one, could hack the game no problem if I wanted to, the thing is, I don't care to spend my time to break into some so frivilous.
Don't get me wrong, I love cheats, I love pushing games to their limits beyond the set parameters a regular gamer can do. It's fun. To do it though in competition though, is just flat out...Cheating. You want to do it on your own matches, your own lobbies, while not affecting the actual competitive community? I'm all for it. The moment though you create an unfair advantage though in any multiplayer game, even if it's as simple as giving yourself top prestige with all titles and emblems, you still create an advantage (and seriously, who can be proud of having all the emblems and titles? You didn't earn them, so therefore, you'll never know if you would be good enough to get them...or maybe you do know if you are or not, and the answer is...you're not).
If it's a private hack, private game, your own system...it's all good. However, in competitive multiplayer, it's just stupid and wrong. You say everyone is on equal ground with hacks? No they're not. I bet you most gamers don't even have the capabilities to hack, let alone the knowledge to do so. So no, you're never on equal ground in that respect either.
Hacks is the reason why true hardcore gamers consider MW2 a fricking joke in competitive multiplayer. Still, I love hackers, because they're the best kills. Sure, you might get one on me because you cheated, but I'll get 5 on you because you suck.
The one I will say though, fun and creative hacks are nice. So long as they don't affect the actual outcome of game, those are fun and wonderful. The second though you cheat the competitive though, it's just...not cool.
Go nuts with your games, because it's fun to push limits of everything. Just don't do it at the expense of other people's enjoyment.
