When I try to open it, it says:
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

Please help im new!

If ur using windows 7 or vista try right clicking it and click run as administrator. If this doesnt work i try download the latest .net framework and this should solve it hopefully.
