there is no way im takin apart my ps3 to get the HDD !!
i already have a portable HDD with everything on my ps3 on ( 120g HDD backed up with my ps3 files )
so its like ive gt my ps3 HDD.

so if i use the PS3 HDD decrypter ( cant remember wat its called something HDD Studio ) to decrypt it and edit the saves/files. but i dont know were to put the coding. Ive seen loads of threads with codes but dont know were to put them !!

So if i done this it would be like havin a Deycrypted PS3 HDD ?
What do u guys think

I dont know were 2 go from here but if u guys could help me it would be greatly apreciated
BTW i havent tried yet

the codes go in the patch . the patch you get from hdd after you use the hdd studio and make 2 dumps and figure out where the codes differ.

i do know what im doin with the HDD which is the only thing that could mess up my ps3
the only reason im not doing it is just incase it messes up the warrenty

I think that a backup of your PS3 is an image of the drive, and is in a different format than the HDD itself. The program will not be able to decrypt it if this is the case.

Ok then i will check if my ps3 is in warrenty if it is then i will do it
if not then i will think about it

Why r u trying it, if u dont know anything about codes? nothing against u, but u won't be able to do that. Some1 already made a thread and he knew some basics about coding... try to get into his team....
But anyway good luck!
