umm check your pc hdd see if you have enough room and always start on a fresh rebooted computer Also do not run programs in the background cause this program uses alot of your pc mem alone.

when on your playstaion u need to do a full format not a quick format rep+ if helped

That has nothing to do with it... hes gettin a PC error not anything to do with PS3 so no1 is going to +rep u

I had that problem first time around. Its because I didn't 0x00 the hdd properly. That solved it for me anyway...
