I have been trying to setup PS3 Proxy Server but I always get a ASP.Net error that looks like this:

What is this caused by and how do I fix this? I have .NET Framework 1.1 installed and I've using Windows Vista Home Premium 32bit.

Still not working, getting the same error. Anybody willing to help me via Teamviewer?

Try running it as administrator, windows vista causes dumb problems if you don't with a lot of programs..

This helped partially, I just ran it in compatibility mode as well. +rep to you sir.
