You have to go to the right path first.
dsssave0.sav is a darksiders save file. you need to enter the full path of the patch instead of something like patch.pkg
The easiest way is to just drag and drop files into the CMD window.

Please can someone post a download link for offzip because i cant seem to find it. Also after i extract the .pkg file how do i replace a modded patch_mp.ff

pkg has no zlib headers, you can't decompress a .pkg with offzip

remove the .exe part

Exactly. It uses a completely different compression method.
