i would say rangers, just because since the 1887's got patched, they are just terrible. as well the rangers do more damage. but even though they have less range, i find it does not matter because the 1887 suck at that longer range, only doing 25 damage, so most likely you will not drop the person and die so it does not matter.

also shotguns should only be used in in close situations, and the rangers are the definition of this.

also you get the rangers much earlier so you can start using them much earlier and by the time you have 1887 it wont matter because you will already have akimbo rangers and wont want to switch, especially for the 1887.

also takes less time to reload the rangers which could save your life. also drop and raise time are less which is helpful

actually a single model has more range then rangers, but if you akimbo the models, they have the same range as rangers pretty much

oh haha i got everything but headshots im really low at, i dont get headshots much with it but i get kills easily haha, i think only around 120's or something haven't checked in a long time but it's low

i personally find using the ranger over the model , feels alot more comfortable . sure the models are overly powerd , but the whole animation realy kills it for me , id say go with the rangers!
