I want to know what the NGU community thinks about the two map packs released for Modern Warfare 2, Stimulus Package and Resurgence.

First up, the Stimulus Package map pack. I'll start with the old then to the new. Crash was one of my favorite maps from COD 4 so it only makes sense that I'd love it on Modern Warfare 2. I cant really say that about Overgrown though. I wasn't really a fan of it on Modern Warfare 1 and I would've liked to see Crossfire instead. Bailout in my opinion is pretty fun to play. Its a large map but not to large. Theres plenty of cover and more than enough open areas to do what you want. Salvage is also a great map especially when you play a game of sabotage. Most action is in your face and thats cool with me. Storm is also fun to play.

First things first, Vacant. I know theres plenty of people out there that hate this map with a passion but I'm not one of them. Vacant was one of my favorites from part 1 and I was glad to see its return. Strike was alright but not at the top of my list. Trailer Park...WTF is this?!? I do not like this one at all! They need to go back to the drawing board on this one. Fuel is also a map thats not at the top of my list. Its pretty large and theres a ton of area to cover. Carnival is so large its ridiculous. Campers paradise should replace its name.
All in all, the Stimulus Package was a decent map pack. Was it worth the money...sure but not $15. The Resurgence map pack is another that didn't meet my expectations. Coming from a company that makes over a BILLION dollars off this particular game (keep in mind that the BILLION dollars does not include the profits from the original Modern Warfare) I really expected much more than whats here.
