Hello NGU with all the tools and files out it if kinda difficult to find and download all of them so I tried to make it a little easier and made a convinient MW2 Hacking Pack of only 176.57MB which contains:

Patch - 1.10/1.11
Win-hex + Registration
Toolbox
HDDStudio
FF-Viewer
PS3 Sdk 1.6
PS3 Proxy
