Dunno, depends on you man lol, I believe the Card because you can get audio out from speakers u.u and the you don't need to talk that much in game, just play

if you have to choose between map packs i'd suggest Resurgence , if you have to choose between card or headset depends if you play alot with your friends if yes then I'd suggest getting the headset , and possibly both later on ^^

Yeh your right. Also resurgence has alot better maps. Carnival rapes and the old cod4 maps bring back good times
