Ofcourse you can because RFOM and patch blocker do the same, namely: They delete all the patches.
Only RFOM is better because with patch blocker you need to sign in again every 2 minutes or something like that.

With RFOM you don't need to delete the patch because what RFOM does if fool the ps3 to think your play RFOM when you're on mw2 but if you would know that the patch loads up when you start the game hence, the patch will never load up so you never need to delete.
