The basics of game-sharing is that a user logs into your account, and downloads what you have purchased.
The steps are:

1) The person you want to game-share with logs in with your e-mail and password for the account you made the purchase on.

2) They then open up the PS Store

3) At the top right of the store, they select 'Purchased items'

4) They download the items they want, and log off

5) You then change the password to your account so they can get no access in the future.

It's THAT easy? Someone told me I have to de-activiate my PS3, and my account, and it sounded really complicated.

Yeah, it's that easy
You can only log onto your PS3 account/let different IP's log onto your account 5 times though.

TIP : If you are using a credit card then remove it off your PS3.

And never give out your secret question answer , because it's not needed.
