If you're on the PS3, your chances are practically one in a billion.

From what I read (I keep updated on the PS3 forums) no-one has been banned for prestige hacking.

So many people do it now that it's impossible to stop really. The thing is that Sony can't tell who hacked, they can only stop them from doing the hack by releasing patches. Even then we can bypass the patches.

In simple, there's practically no chance you will get banned. Look at Hunter128 and theUnknown who openly admit to having challenge lobbies. You would think Sony would track their IP and ban them right? Wrong.

I have an account that's second prestige and it's played 20 minutes on the game.

It is possible for them to tell, but they don't seem to care.

Answer is that Sony/IW is just lazy.

For PS3 users, you will not get banned. There have been people who have gotten banned but as for me I don't know a single person personally who has gotten banned from doing the prestige glitch

not neccesarily i have played 27 days and i'm 10th prestige 70 legit

no what im saying is if someones lvl 10th prestige and has 2 minutes played
