Is there any program in this sdk that unfinalizes patchs. Because otherwise its useless. I know a debug pkg can but i dont have a debug ps3 or pkg. So is there anything that can de-finalize??

Then you will get an error.

If you don't use the .exe It will say that the package is finalized. But as you can see, it is not doing nothing.

lol, yeah i messed with that SDK for 3 days. Never got anywhere. I just didn't type the actual commands. But you what I was trying to say was you didn't enter the command to extract. You just entered the name of the pkg. or just a -x which is not right.

the correct command, which your doing this so I'm sure you know is

make_package_npdrm.exe -x NAMEOFPKG.pkg +

The + is needed it is the command to overwrite if the folder is already there.
Why that is needed I have no idea...

What i was saying was you where not typing in the "make_package_npdrm.exe".
That is why you where getting the results you where. If you use the right command you will get an error about the configure file...

That is as far as I got, then realized to begin with that the SDK is probarly 85% not going to work anyways.. Because they are made to work on a DEV PS3 not a Retail.

Meaning they are designed to unpackage a DEV PKG not a Retal PKG.

That is atleast the conclusion I have come up with, with putting around 30 hours of work into it.

Yup its true. Dev PS3's come with extra options like downgrading firmware and etc. Someone was selling one on ebay for about $1500.
