The maps on Resurgence are better than Stimulus, But the spawns on Resurgence are balls.

both suck.
but i prefer Resurgence. because bailout isn't on there.

I'd say Resurgence, but not by much. Pretty decent setup on carnival and fuel. They did pretty well on it I think...
