This is not a official sony ps3 sdk.

It's just a ps3 precompiled toolchain.

There is no full SDK tbh, even the 600MB one is not the way to go, imo no SDK can compile a retail PKG, I think sony are the only ones that do it and the Devs send their files to sony for sony to make a PKG, thats my opinion, SDK is not the way to go, unless you have a devkit.
