What this hack does:
1. Puts a bunch of buttons in your MOTD.
2. Changes your clantag to unbound.
Tutorial: Things you need;
A PS3.
USB.
Your MW2 SAVEDATA.
The downloaded file.

1. First download this file: You must login or register to view this content.
2. Put your USB into your PS3 and on the PS3 menu scroll to Saved Data Utility and copy your MW2 profile data (NOT SPLITSCREEN DATA) to your USB.
3. Put the USB back in the computer and open it up go into PS3/SAVEDATA/BLES00683-AUTO-.
4. In the BLES00683-AUTO- folder, copy the hacked file you downloaded into here and if it asks you to overwrite, do so.
5. Plug the USB back into your PS3 go to Save Data Utility and go into your USB and copy the MW2 save game back to the PS3.

its all cool and worked for me

It works but it don't do anything for online..just gives you a wierd clan tag, and scrolls some weird buttons at bottom but as soon as you go in a match the buttons on bottom are gone.
Or
if you change your title or emblem it goes away.
