There are a couple of titles and emblems in MW2 that relate to products etc...

It does look like the Pepsi Logo, I've noticed it before and talked about it but you're completely right; a lot of people have never noticed the similarity.

One thing, though: Perhaps you should look up the definition of "Subliminal Message".

It's a message that is hidden in another object, in such a way that it's nearly impossible to perceive regularly.

What exactly is the message here (MW2 Refreshing like Pepsi? Lol =D)?
And if this was a subliminal message, IW did one hell of a job making it hard to notice.
