"IW
then press start.
The clan tag only works when your not the host, so when your in a game lobby, put "IW and it will become IW once you press start.
Sometimes it goes back to "IW, all you have to do again is press start in the clan tag menu.

the W/\R clantag it removes 1 of the slashes for me or if i do /\/\ it removes slashes ne1 else get this?

I'm pretty sure that how to bypass the clan tag filter on xbox has already been posted.
It might have been on 1 of the other CoD sub-forums but since it's a filter by the console, not the game, it's common sense that it'd work for mw2 too.

It's been like that in all of the CoD games, where it shows it in the lobby but it doesn't show it in game. I'm not sure why that is though.

I'm not sure why they censor so much stuff on xbox. It's supposed to be an M-rated game, for 18+, yet you can't even write "poop" in your clan tag.
