9 out of 10 times the game has already been activated on steam and thus cannot be re-activated on another account.

If you waste 10$ on premium theres a TUT in the prem section on how to get it for free. I believe this isn't "Leaking"

if you want a copy of COD, buy it off steam, if you want a free/cheap copy, get premium, if the game does work in your region like someone said, it'll be used already
