This has already been found and the effect is only aesthetic. Only 1 bullet is actually "alive".

only the first bullet will do any damage, the other will damage the environment but not any players. plus this is extremely old

hi, i found a way to do this glitch with ALL WEAPONS, you need a rapidfirecontroller, then put the X,O,A,AND the square, then hold all that buttons, and your weapon fire unlimited full auto bullet with no damage.
