Im in the exact same position as you Jack.
But whenever I am hacking I use my Dads Laptop (Windows) and I use Anon Proxy Server for it and general stuff I use My Mac.

You can look up a program called SQUID for Mac but I didn't know how to use it.

It should work for a mac, just easier..

I tried downloading anon proxy server today and it didnt install right because a bunch of files didn't work. It gave me the option of aborting retrying or ignoring, can anyone help?

same thing hppned to me bro....check ur ip address and c if it changed....if it did change ur ip address in ur ps3 and viola ur ps3 shuld work. If not check if ur firewall is on by accident.
