1.Perks-You should always have Sleight of hand Pro on(faster ADS)Stopping power pro is a must,And ur third perk should be steady aimPro(hold ur breath for a longer amount of time) for when ur just starting to snipe,once you get better you can use cammando,or ninja or whatever third perk you want.
2.how to get better at Qucikscoping/Sniping-PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!!!(dont be like Allen Iverson and say you dont need practice because you DO!.One thing you could do is go into a private match by urself or with a friend,this might sound crazy but it works,put C4 on and throw the C4 at a wall etc...Now start trying to quickscope it,one you feel you got the hang of it start moving back,trust me if you can hit a C4 from far away you can hit a person.Do this everyday when you get on as a warmup.Another way is just by 1vs1 ur friend alot.:pedo:
3-Knowing when to quick Scope and when to Hardscope-when you get into a game of snd or HQ or domination,use your sniper.Sometimes ur going to have to hardscope but when you get to up close combat tap ur L1(or whatever your Aim down Site button is)and hit ur trigger button.
4-GameTypes-When you first start sniping i suggest you play games like TDM or HQ etc..because you have unlimited amount of life,in SnD as soon as ur dead you sit out(i know stating the obvious)so games like TDM and HQ are good games for practicing sniping.
Follow this Guide and you will be a good sniper

Lol we all gotta know something the 1st time; hardscoping is when you look through the scope for a few seconds or longer before you fire. It's really not a word, because Snipers are made to "hardscope", people even say "hard throwing knife" LOL
