Before I did all that, my NAT type was "Strict" so I know I'm doing the right thing and I'm missing a few ports. Which one(s) am I missing?

How you have your nat type now? BTW What is Your Modem?

Me posting a link in the "name of my router" didn't tell you I already forwarded all those? There must be some more that need to be opened because it was strict and when I opened all of those it changed to moderate.

Well, I opened port 99 and for me it's always Open.

Also it's my bad, I never check the link so I didn't know you used Port forwarding.

For TCP or UDP? I read up on it and it seems to be something I could use. Is it only a TCP/UDP port is it only for one?

Have you tried DMZ?

Just enable it and enter the number 99. Also you need to give your PS3 a static IP but I guess you've done that.

I don't have a DMX option in my options, I have a "IP Passthrough / DMZ Configuration" setting but it only lets me put a device into it if the internet is connected to it. I've tries to put it into the DMZ while being on the PS3 web browser. I had it enabled but it still had me as NAT Type 3. That was all before you told me about the port 99.
