Well I found out some Clues about the hacking development.
Unkn0wn was really surprised that a dude said it involved decrypting your HardDrive.

No, it doesn't involve anything regarding the .PKG. Only people with DevNet access to get a .PKG file resigned with the proper headers to keep the file from getting corrupt.
I have a very strong idea of how to do it, but I'm not posting until I can confirm it works and prove it, and for that, I need to get something for my secondary PS3.
